Wow, I think this is the cloudiest I have ever seen southern California, it is ver foggy out there. I have all the time in the world to take my omega 3 capsules, because I know that I eat enough fish and such. I was out today with my mother and we stopped by the vitamin shop and she didn’t want to get anything I recomended. You know just because we lost a loved one doesn’t mean we stop taking care of our hearts and our bodies, we should always take care of ourselves especially when we have lost someone we love. I will just try her again some other time, maybe when she is ready to let go.

My life choices

Usually I try to lead a very low key existance and keep a low profile, it helps me learn how to deal with stress. I feel that I can greatly increase the possibilities of life extention this way. So anywho this is why it was so out of character for me to competely go off on a ups delivery driver this morning. Now, he did cut me off while I was driving, but my god, I was so shocked at how I just completely lost my cool and started berating the poor gentleman in front of like 12 poeple waiting at the bus stop. I have heard how people relieve stress by releasing there frustrations with yelling and things of that nature but I have never in my life gone off like that. I really need to go somewhere and get some quality me time.

Online and in control

So I was mucking around on the internet last week, looking for vitamins online, and I found more than enough evidence to support the theory that there is a lot of information on the internet. Damage Control Master Formula is one multi vitamin choice that I came across that looked pretty good. Then as fate would have it my twin daughters came over and started mucking around themselves and the next thing I know is the computer crashes. My boy Charlie gave a resounding and resonating ooooohhhhhh, to try a scare the girls into thinking that they had done something really bad. All was well, I just turned the old computer back on and a potential stressful situation was competely averted.
